Our Approach

We are a group of doctoral-level psychologists and psychiatrists who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, medication management, coaching, and more.

1. You can access 12 free video sessions on mindfulness, relaxation therapy, DBT absolutely free by downloading this app.

2. If you decide to take an annual subscription then you can access all our courses online. Most of our courses comprise of DBT , Mindfulness and relaxation therapy.

3. You can also book any of our counselors for an online session. You will have access to online therapy, group discussion and our digital thought diary.


4. Most of our digital library- stories, music , binaural beats and podcasts can be used free of charge.


5. You can visit our mind studio to book a session with any of our therapist or meditation experts.
